The Appointment Procedure under delegated authority provides that for calls published as from 1st February 2016 onwards, the authority responsible for the call shall publish or issue the result, as applicable, after having examined the report of the Selection Board to ensure that there are no apparent mistakes or omissions in the report and is satisfied that it meets all established requirements.
The result is to be displayed on the departmental notice board and on the notice boards of other offices or branches of the department. On the same day, a notification of the publication of the result is to appear on the ministry’s/department’s website. Concurrently, an SMS alert (and/or an email) is to be sent to all candidates who underwent the selection process and who had submitted a mobile phone number (and/or an email address) with their application.
